Where does it work?

Anywhere with clear sky view. Perfect for cabins, road trips, events, or job sites.

How fast is it?

Typically 50–150 Mbps depending on location,  more than enough for streaming, video calls, gaming, or remote work.

Is it easy to set up?

Yes. Plug it in to power, wait 1–2 minutes, and connect to Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is password protected for additional security. 

Can I use it in motion?

No, the Mini works when stationary.

Do I need a power source?

Yes. The Starlink Mini can run on standard household power or portable power stations. 

Do I have unlimited data?

Yes, for normal use as per our Fair Use Policy. Heavy streaming and large downloads may be reduced. Additional high-speed data can be added if needed.

What if I need help?

You get quick support via text/phone throughout your rental.

How do I return it?

Simply pack everything back into the carrying case and drop it off at the agreed location, or request a pickup (additional fee may apply).
